Overall Review: Tried this out with GT5:P on the PS3 along with GTR2, GRID, and rFactor on PC. I guess it wouldn't hurt either to have the quick shifters as paddles instead of buttons too, but that is kind of nit-picking. With better pedals, this thing could be a monster. The gas and brake pedals have no force when you push down on them, and sometimes I wonder if I am even pushing down on them. I know this is one of the cheaper wheels out there, but seriously. You won't regret it.Ĭons: The only downside I can think of for this product is the flimsy pedals. If you are someone wanting to break away from the conventional controller, buy this. This wheel added more realism than using my DS3 as well as revitalized my interest in virtual racing. Every bump of the road can be felt in the wheel as you drive, and prepare for an earthquake if you run off course or crash. Logitech also did a good job with their force feedback too. The wheel is very smooth and responsive on both the PS3 and the PC.

Seriously, I felt like I was stealing from Newegg when I bought this thing and tried it. Pros: The wheel itself is very awesome for the price it was being pitched for. Overall Review: If you're looking for a quality wheel look no further. The pedals are the only reason I can't give this the five egg rating it deserves. Just as the title dictates, think of the DFGT as the G25 or G27 Lite - it's that good.Ĭons: The pedals are still flimsy and quite "mreh." It doesn't feel anywhere near as mechanical or seemingly turn resistant as the past "price-friendly" steering wheels that Logitech puts out this one is quality all around. So, in overall appearance the DFGT will appear to be larger/wider. The wheel measures the same in length and height as the aforementioned "G" wheels, however, the spokes are a bit wider.

Yet, it isn't made out of the same higher quality materials as the G25 or G27, so, that says a lot. If you're unsure whether or not you want this wheel, let me tell you that the steering wheel itself is far more comfortable than the G25 or G27's. Pros: I already knew what I was getting into with this wheel as I've used it a couple of times before.
